RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Thank you for choosing to shop at SuplyHQ. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we would like to provide you with essential information about our return and exchange policy.
1. Returns/Exchanges: Exchanges are available for incorrect size OR if you are unhappy with the quality of your item as per our satisfactory guarantee. Other Exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A strict no-refund policy applies to all products unless the product arrives damaged, differs from advertised or is found to be inauthentic. To be eligible you must notify the team WITHIN 14 days of arrival.
2. Condition of the Returned Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the exact same condition as it was received. This includes but is not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), all original packaging, any extra laces, and/or accessories must also be included, and the item must be shipped inside a shipping box (not a satchel)
3. Shipping and Tracking: The customer is responsible for postage return fees, which must include a tracking number. There are NO handling/restocking/processing fees assoicaiated with returns/exchanges.
4. Authenticity Guarantee: We take pride in offering 100% authentic goods. If any item that has passed our authentication checks is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund along with all associated shipping costs.
