SHIPPING

All Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post Express. Customers will be provided with a tracking number shortly after their purchase, 1-2 business days. If you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at sales@suplyhq.com. From here, it will take anywhere between 1-5 business days for Metro orders, or up to 10 business days for Rural orders to arrive to you, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control.

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express. Customers will be provided with a tracking number shortly after their purchase, 1-2 business. From this point it will take approximately 2-5 business days for your item to arrive (varying upon location), subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control.
